Last week I had the privilege of taking a little road trip from the Big Apple to Charm City - Baltimore. It was a whirlwind of a trip, a car ride down, a show, a car ride back.
So worth it.
I caught a showing of "Thoughts of a Colored Man" by Keenan Scott II at Baltimore Center Stage. It was directed by Steve Broadnax, a previous collaborator, and it featured a fellow Penn State MFA grad, Brandon Gregory. I had the privilege of seeing the show with yet another PSU alum, the talented actor/writer/producer (and my lovely partner) Julia Chereson.
It was a thoughtful show and experience and it has some shows left in B-More for those looking to see some thought provoking work. Later this month there is some more great work I'll be experiencing and sharing - leaning heavy on the treating more than tricking this month, jaja!
